These Terms of Service govern purchases made from Beyond Bricks through our website and physical retail location.

By accessing our website, placing an order or purchasing merchandise from Beyond Bricks, you agree to these terms and our other posted policies.

Products and Availability

Beyond Bricks sells building sets, minifigures, collectibles and related merchandise from a variety of manufacturers and suppliers.

Unless a product is specifically identified as LEGO® brand merchandise, customers should not assume that an item is manufactured, licensed or endorsed by the LEGO Group.

Certain products may be inspired by characters, vehicles, buildings, historical subjects or other themes. Product descriptions and photographs should be reviewed carefully before purchase.

Inventory is subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products or cancel an order when an item is unavailable or an inventory error has occurred.

Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to accurately display product descriptions, photographs, piece counts, dimensions, colors and other product information.

Minor differences may occur because of manufacturer changes, packaging variations, production differences or display settings.

Customers are encouraged to contact Beyond Bricks before purchasing if they have questions about a particular product.

Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Prices, discounts and promotions offered online may differ from those available in our physical store unless specifically stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, inventory or product-information errors.

If an error affects an order that has already been placed, we may contact the customer before fulfilling the order or cancel and refund the affected item.

Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:

Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment
Incorrect pricing or inventory information
Product availability issues
Abuse of promotions or discounts
Orders placed for prohibited or unlawful purposes

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Payment

Shipping

Orders requiring shipment are subject to our Shipping Policy.

Shipping estimates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays or other circumstances outside Beyond Bricks’ reasonable control.

Returns, Refunds and Replacement Parts

Purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Building sets with opened interior bags or sets for which assembly has begun are not eligible for ordinary returns.

If a set contains a missing, damaged or deformed piece, customers should contact Beyond Bricks so that we can attempt to provide a replacement piece or other appropriate resolution.

Store Pickup

Orders made available for store pickup must be picked up during available store hours or at another time arranged with Beyond Bricks.

Customers may be asked to provide their name, order confirmation or identification when collecting an order.

Intellectual Property

The Beyond Bricks name, logo, website content, photographs, graphics and original marketing materials may not be copied, reproduced or used for commercial purposes without permission.

Third-party trademarks, character names, product names and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

Reference to a third-party brand does not imply affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement unless explicitly stated.

Personal and Commercial Use

Products sold by Beyond Bricks are intended for lawful use.

Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is suitable for their intended purpose and for following applicable manufacturer warnings and instructions.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Beyond Bricks is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use or misuse of products purchased from us.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to eliminate any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
